As with any online purchase experience, below are the terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. You agree to pay fees and charges to avail the available services on this website and that you are solely responsible for the payment of these fees and charges. Cancellation & Refunds Regarding Our Product


However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply.

Therefore, we DO honor requests for the refund for the following reasons:

Specific terms stated on a specific digital product: Some digital products may explicitly state a full or partial refund is based on a satisfaction guarantee. (If we provide satisfaction guarantee with our product and if you’re not satisfied then you can claim for a refund)

Product not-as-described: such issues should be reported within 7 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website. Complaints which are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not honored. 

Dublicate Payment: A refund of the duplicate payment made by the customer will be processed via the same (original method of payment) or convenient sources within 7 working days after intimation by the customer.

Note: All refunds will be processed within 7 days of approval and validation of refund request (condition applies). E GRAHOK reserves the right to change prices for subscriptions at any time and does not provide price protection.

Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of our products with some third-party software (plug-ins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions etc) other than those which are specified as compatible in a description available on the sales page of each product. We don’t guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party programs (including web host) and we do not provide support for third-party applications.

Requests for a refund are accepted at within the period of 1 week after the order is placed. You should accompany this request with detailed and grounded reasons why you are applying for a refund. Please make sure your request does not contradict our Terms of Use/Privacy Policy.

Refunds through Payment Gateway

When it’s about a refund through a payment gateway, our sole responsibility will be to the degree of approval of a refund and to process it to the payment gateway vendors within 10 working days from the date of approval of the refund and in no circumstances, Egrahok will be responsible for any delays in the credit of a refund to the User. All refund amounts will be handled by the bank or the payment gateway vendor and any delays in the credit of a refund, beyond the approval by Egrahok of a refund, will be between the User and bank or payment gateway.
